Motherhood changes so much of what we know about ourselves and how we relate to the world around us. Join Sarah Vandekerckhove in a two-part workshop that uses yoga to create balance in this new life. We will practice yoga aimed at re-strengthening the body and stilling the mind; engage in thought exercises on navigating parenthood, managing scarcity and finding abundance; and have the opportunity to connect with other moms in the community. Babies welcome. $50 for series or $25/session.
