I teach vinyasa, prenatal, and postpartum yoga. I also offer guided meditation tailored to your specific interests and goals. All lessons are 60-minutes; however, longer lessons are available upon request.

NEW TO YOGA? In one-on-one sessions, we'll discuss your goals and focus on the fundamental poses, alignment and sequences to help you build a safe, beneficial and confident practice. 

FOR EXPERIENCED STUDENTS - We'll take an immersive approach to yoga and its components- asana (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation and/or other elements of your existing practice - to deepen your practice on a consistent, convenient basis.

GROUP LESSONS - Group lessons of two or more people allow for the same convenience of private lessons with the added benefit of community and shared experience.
